India will be having a daunting task in the group stages as they will have to take on South Africa, Australia and Pakistan as well. This will be some interesting matchups that India will have to face and their fate can be determined quite early in the game. If they will be able to battle the odds and come out on tops, then they could have a higher probability of getting their hands on the ultimate T20 trophy,

June 21, 2026: vs South Africa at Manchester
June 24, 2026: vs Bangladesh at Manchester

India’s Squad: Harmanpreet Kaur (c), Smriti Mandhana (vc), Shafali Verma, Jemimah Rodrigues, Bharti Fulmali, Deepti Sharma, Richa Ghosh, Shree Charani, Yastika Bhatia, Nandani Sharma, Arundhati Reddy, Renuka Singh, Kranti Gaud, Shreyanka Patil, Radha Yadav.
To adapt to the English conditions, India will play a crucial three-match T20I bilateral series against England starting May 28. This will most probably be the combination that India will most likely be looking to play for the World Cup. The seam attack will be the most important factor in the English conditions and Renuka will be the leader of the pace attack along with the likes of Nandni Sharma. Smriti Mandhana will be yet another key player in the squad as her form will be key to India’s success in English pitches.
