The Lucknow Super Giants are hosting the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the 50th league-stage game of the IPL 2026 at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. The Royal Challengers Bengaluru, who entered the season as the defending champions, have continued their momentum in the current edition as well. They are currently seeded third in the standings with six wins in nine games. However, in their most-recent match, the Rajat Patidar-led side went down against Gujarat Titans.

On the other hand, the Lucknow Super Giants entered the season with high hopes. However, things once again didn’t turn into their favor and the Rishabh Pant-led side is currently at the bottom of the standings with just two wins in nine games. Practically, they are out of the IPL 2026 playoff contention, but would want to end the season on a high note, and win all their remaining games.
