The Mumbai Indians have been off to a poor start in the power play against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. They have lost three early wickets in the innings and it will be a difficult position to recover from for them. Rohit Sharma’s wicket would probably be the biggest of them all as it would reduce the runs in the power play. Ryan Rickelton was another massive threat but Bhuvneshwar Kumar was on top of his game to get the big wicket. The Mumbai Indians have been pushed on to the backfoot in no time and they will need a solid partnership to recover and get back on track.
The Royal Challengers Bengaluru have been brilliant with their lengths but Josh Hazlewood fell prey to the power of Rohit Sharma early on. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has retained the purple cap once again with 3 big wickets and he dismissed Suryakumar Yadav for a golden duck. Naman Dhir and Tilak Varma would be the final hope of the Mumbai Indians as if this partnership is broken, the total could fall well short of the 200- run mark. RCB will be keen on breaking the partnership and bowl the Mumbai Side for a total below 200.

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru have been on top of the game, credit to the brilliance of Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Mumbai Indians will have a tough fight back but Naman Dhir and Tilak Varma hold the key to Mumbai’s success.
