Netizens brutally trolled the Royal Challengers Bengaluru for their poor bowling prowess against the Gujarat Titans. Both teams clashed against each other in the 34th league-stage game of the Indian Premier League at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Friday. The game that saw Phil Salt being sidelined due to an injury, had home skipper Rajat Patidar win the toss, and invite the rivals to put the score on the board first.
The Royal Challengers, who have won three of their four home games this season, aimed to dominate the field. However, what unfolded during the game was contrary to their expectations and they had to face the wrath of GT batters, especially Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan. The GT openers built a 128-run partnership in 76 balls, before the skipper departed at 32 runs in 24 deliveries.
