"Papa Gaali De Rahe The": Arshdeep Singh's Hilarious Revelation About South Africa vs West Indies Game
Even after losing to South Africa a few days ago, all Indian fans were supporting the Proteas team to beat the West Indies in the Super 8, as their victory was crucial for Team India to qualify for the semi-finals. Fans were watching this game very closely, but Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh’s father had become quite passionate while watching the match.
Arshdeep Singh revealed to reporters that his father went on a different level while watching the match between South Africa and West Indies and even hurled abuse when the latter were playing well.
Arshdeep revealed, "We didn't watch the whole thing, but it was certainly a seesaw affair. My family was in the room, and when the West Indies batters smashed a six, Papa gaali de rahe the ki, 'Kya kar rahe hain?' (Father was abusing, 'What are they doing?'). "So I was like, 'It's okay, don't be angry, and just enjoy the match and hope South Africa wins, and we also win our remaining matches."
And thankfully, South Africa defeated West Indies, and on top of that, India also won their match against Zimbabwe. Now that the road is clear, India needs to beat the West Indies in their next match to qualify for the semi-finals.
