Five-time champions Chennai Super Kings are hosting a fan event called ROAR 2026 on Sunday and it took place in front of a packed crowd. The event will also mark the attendance from former Chennai Super Kings players such as Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, Matthew Hayden, Murali Vijay, Ambati Rayudu, Subramanium Badrinath and Dwayne Bravo who also did a photoshoot with the trophy. The icon of Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni made his entrance to the event and was greeted by a huge round of ovation from the crowd at the Chepauk Stadium. Watch his entrance here.

The 44 year old wicket-keeper batter has played 278 IPL matches, scoring more than 5000 runs, and is one of the most successful captains in the history of IPL.

Dhoni is loved by everyone in India and has been one of the greatest captains to ever lead India to glory. The craze for him among fans is no secret and that is what happened when he made his entrance at the Cheapuk stadium on Sunday. Fans could not stop their excitement and showered plenty of love for MS Dhoni.

Meanwhile the Roar event saw former CSK players also grace the venue with their presence and there is also set to be singer AR Rahman and actor Sivakartikeyan who are set to entertain the crow with their songs and performance. Sanju Samson, the new entrant to the CSK family also received warm reception and plenty of love from the Chepauk stadium with fans chanting his name. MS Dhoni is set to play the upcoming season of the IPL and Chennai Super Kings will start their campaign again Rajasthan Royals on March 30.
