Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has shared a video on Instagram and sent out a message to Abhishek and Gill in a funny manner while also thanking Rishabh Pant. The context behind this is Rishabh Pant had approached Yuvraj Singh before the IPL and worked with him on different aspects of the game. Rishabh Pant had gifted Yuvraj a golf kit and left a message which said ‘’Dear Yuvi paaji, thank you for your support and guidance. See you on the golf course. Love RP.’’ Yuvraj Singh who also mentored Shubman Gill and Abhishek Sharma funnily put out a message asking them to learn something from Rishabh Pant. Watch the video here
The video was posted with a caption ‘Sharam karo... Rishabh Pant se kuch seekho’ in a humorous way. This went viral on social media with fans pouring in the comments and enjoying the banter. Yuvraj Singh has worked with a lot of Indian cricketers recently which includes the likes of Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill. His message was in a funny way that they have not sent him any gifts after the mentorship. Yuvraj Singh has been more involved in golf after retiring from cricket and has openly shared his love for golf on multiple occasions.

Rishabh Pant has struggled in IPL 2026
Despite the work done pre season, Rishabh Pant has struggled so far this season. The left hand batter has played nine matches and scored 204 runs at an average of just under 26 and a strike rate of 128.3 with only one half century. His struggles have been evident and in the previous game against Mumbai he demoted himself below Pooran. Rishabh Pant is currently out of the Indian white ball squads.
As a captain the performance of Lucknow Super Giants has not helped as they are currently languishing at the bottom of the table with just two wins in nine matches. It is very difficult for them to qualify from this position but Pant would be hoping to do well and play well in the upcoming games.
