Krafton India Esports has revealed the new open-for-all tournament for the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) players with Upthrust Esports Rising Series 2026, which will be an official IP of the ongoing BGIS 2026. Players from all around India can participate in this tournament backed by Krafton. The registration for the tournament is now live and will end on 21 March 2026.
KRAFTON Reveals Upthrust Esports Rising Series 2026
During the semi-finals of the BGIS 2026 in Hyderabad, Krafton India Esports has revealed the new Upthrust Esports Rising Series 2026, a new open tournament for all with an INR 10 lakh prize pool.
All players from India can participate in this tournament, which will take place from March 27 to April 26, 2026. The open-for-all tournament is also expected to serve BGMI Pro Series (BMPS) 2026 slots for top-performing teams.

Upthrust Esports Rising Series 2026 Format and Schedule
The Upthrust Esports Rising Series 2026 registration will take place from 14 to 21 March. After that, the In-Game Qualifiers will be played from 27 to 29 March.
Round 1 will take place after the In-Game Qualifiers from 3 to 6 April, featuring 256 teams from the In-Game Qualifiers. The top 256 teams from this stage will play Round 2 from 9 to 12 April. Then the top 64 teams from Round 2 will compete in the Quarter Finals from 14 to 17 April.
The Semi Finals of the tournament will take place from 19 to 22 April, featuring the 32 teams from the Quarter Finals, and in the last, the top 16 teams from the Semi Finals will play the Grand Finals from 24 to 26 April 2026.
This is going to be a big opportunity for the players who missed the qualification in the BGIS 2026, as they have another chance to compete officially.
