India is set to return to the PUBG Mobile Global Championship after a three-year hiatus. Orangutan and True Rippers will represent the country at PMGC 2025 in Thailand. Orangutan will play in the Gauntlet Stage, which is the first stage of the tournament, starting from 24th November, while True Rippers will compete in the Group Stage. The PMGC 2025 Gauntlet stage will feature some of the dominating teams from all around the world.

PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage to kickoff from Nov 24

On 24 November 2025, an Indian team will finally play in the PMGC again for the first time since 2021. The last Indian team to play at PMGC was GodLike Esports in 2021, and after that, the country had to wait for almost three years to return to the global stage.

Orangutan, led by one of the finest IGLs in India, Aaru, features three amazing assaulter, including Akop, Wizzgod, and Attanki. The team has been outstanding in 2025. They have won the two LAN trophies, including BMSD 2025 and IQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025. Additionally, they finished in 3rd place in BGIS 2025 Kolkata.

PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Stage: Dates & Teams

The Gauntlet will be played from November 24 to 26, where 16 qualified teams from each regional championship will compete in 18 matches over 3 days. The top six teams from the Gauntlet will qualify for the PMGC 2025 Grand Finals, while the rest of the teams will move to the Group Stage.
