Olympique de Marseille consider Dani Ceballos as a ‘dream’ target: Reports

The Spanish midfielder is reportedly open for the move considering the lack of game time currently at Real Madrid and the offer of a vital role in the team from Marseille. The Head Coach of Olympique de Marseille, Roberto De Zerbi considers Ceballos as a dream target to orchestrate the play in the midfield. The French side who finished as the runners-up of the Ligue 1 in the previous season are aiming for the title this season and the signing of the 29-year-old experienced midfielder would play a crucial part towards reaching their goal.

The speculations of the move boomed when Dani Ceballos posted a cryptic message on his social media with the caption ‘last dance’ after Real Madrid’s 3-0 victory over Oviedo. Ceballos later deleted the caption and posted just the picture. It is assumed that Ceballos is unhappy with his role at Real Madrid and might be seen completing a move to Olympique Marseille in the upcoming days.
