The 2nd ODI between Sri Lanka and India in Colombo was a roller-coaster ride for both the teams and fans across the globe. However, the coaches of both sides were also equally involved and engrossed in the game. While Rahul Dravid was very silent in his approach and was passing on the instructions in his own reserved approach, Mickey Arthur was very vocal and let his emotions out during the later stages of the match.

The home side was almost on the brink of a spectacular win on Tuesday as they restricted India to 193/7 in 35 overs when they were chasing a target of 276. It was all going well for the Lankans before Deepak Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar turned the game upside down and guided India to an unbelievable victory at R. Premadasa Stadium against all odds.

Mickey Arthur was visibly angry during the final 5 overs

Sri Lanka's head coach looked extremely upset and angry with how the match was going out of Sri Lanka's reach in the final few overs. The cameraman caught Mickey Arthur cursing and venting out his emotions on quite a few occasions.

He looked really annoyed with the field setup and a lot of other things also made him angry, which he also seemed to have discussed with captain Dasun Shanaka after the match in an angry debate that was caught on camera. Watch Here

Twitterati troll Mickey Arthur for his behaviour

Although Sri Lanka's coach clarified that it was more of a discussion than a debate and nothing mischievous should be made out of it, the netizens were not in a mood to spare Mickey Arthur for his actions during the final stages of the game. While some rolled out posts comparing him to Dravid's famous 'Indiranagar Ka Gunda' meme, the others felt sorry for him for suffering another loss as the head coach.

One of the Twitter users claimed that Arthur had cursed more than the entire cast of the famous Indian web series 'Mirzapur', another compared him to Paul Heyman because of the angry look on his face. While Arthur did not have a great day in Colombo, the netizens seemed to have quite a fun day in the office on social media.
