In a heartwarming news, fans will once again be able to see their legendary cricketing heroes like Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag on the field again. According to the latest update, there is a cricket event scheduled to take place in UAE. The star-studded event will witness cricketing stars such as Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Chris Gayle take the field against each other. According to reports, the event has been tentatively scheduled between 11th-15th January 2022.
Actors and Cricketers to grace the field together
In a one of its kind event, both cricketers and actors will take the field together. There will be a total of 12 ex-international cricketers, where 2 will be in each team of 6 and the other players will be actors from 6 industries. Many eminent players and actors will be part of this league which will be played in a T10 format.
Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag were last seen in Road Safety World Series
Both Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag had recently represented the India Legends in the Road Safety World Series, where the duo played a key role in the title victory of India Legends. Notably, India Legends had emerged champions in the first edition of the tournament after defeating Sri Lanka Legends by 14 runs in the final.
