The 2023 FIBA World Cup is the 19th edition of the worldwide men's basketball competition. The tournament will include 32 teams and will be hosted by three countries for the first time: the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia from August 25 to September 10, 2023.

The tournament will serve as a qualifier for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, where the top two teams from the Americas and Europe, as well as the best team from Africa, Asia, and Oceania, will compete with the host nation France. Spain will look to defend their title while the most successful team in the competition, the USA will look to regain their dominance.
