4 different groups in T20 World Cup for the first time in 2024
For the first time in the history of T20 World Cup, the 20 teams are divided into four groups of five for the first stage in the 2024 edition of the tournament. Here, each team will play a minimum of four matches against their other group members. Furthermore, the top two sides from each group will then progress to the Super 8s stage of the event.
