Australia, after winning the World Test Championship 2023 mace just a few days back, will be back on the field to play the five-match Test series against England. The home team England would be back in action after a dominating 10-wicket victory against Ireland early this month. The first Test of the Ashes 2023 series would be played at Edgbaston, Birmingham starting on 16th June.

Both, arch-rivals England and Australia have played interesting cricket over the years in the Ashes series and it will be very interesting to see if Travis Head could be a threat to this English side who have completely remodelled their game style post the Brendon McCullum coaching era.
