The highly anticipated BGMI Masters Series Season 4 (BGMS 2025) is set to kick off on 18th August, and Nodwin Gaming has revealed the full roadmap of the event. For the first time in history, BGMS will feature an all-female team's participation. The tournament will run from 18 August to 14 September, including the Master Series and Challenger Series. BGMS 2025 Format Explained
League Stage - 18 August to 7 September
There are two stages in the League Stage—Master Series and Challenger Series.
Masters Series will run from 18 August to 14 September, where a total of 24 teams will compete. The top 4 teams from the overall standings will directly qualify for the Grand Finals, while the 5th- to 12th-ranked teams will move to the semi-finals. The rest of the 13th- to 24th-ranked teams will play in the playoffs.
The Challengers Series will take place from 19 August to 7 September. The 24 teams (17 invited + 3 qualified + 4 female squads) will compete in this stage, and the top 4 will join the already qualified 12 teams in the playoffs. The rest of the teams will be eliminated from the tournament.
Playoffs - 9 September
The BGMS 2025 Playoffs will be played on 9th September, where 16 teams (4 from the Challengers Series and 12 from the Masters Series) will compete. The top 8 teams from the overall standings will qualify for the semi-finals, while the rest of the teams will be eliminated.
Semi Finals - 10 and 11 September
The Semi-finals of the BGMI Masters Series 2025 will take place on 10 and 11 September, featuring 16 teams (8 teams from Playoffs + 8 from Masters Series). The top 12 teams from the overall standings will qualify for the Grand Finals, while the rest of the teams will say goodbye to the tournament.
Grand Finals - 12 to 14 September
The BGMS 2025 Grand Finals will take place from 12 to 14 September, where 16 teams (the top 4 teams from the Master Series + 12 teams from the Semi Finals) will compete for the title.
