All-Rounders: Ravindra Jadeja, Nitish Kumar Reddy
Ravindra Jadeja found it difficult to curtail the likes of Travis Head and Steve Smith when their partnership was flourishing in the Brisbane Test, but he played a vital innings of 77 in India’s first innings, helping them avoid the follow-on, essentially saving the contest. Nitish Kumar Reddy has done his job more than admirably, scoring key runs at the bottom half of the innings apart from taking big wickets as a part-time bowler.
