BMPS 2025 to feature record-breaking ₹4 Crore prize pool

The Grand Finals of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2025 is set to take place from July 4 to 6 in New Delhi. Ahead of the finale, major news came out as the BMPS 2025 prize pool has reached a record INR 4 Crore. Notably, this is the biggest prize pool in the history of BGMI esports; the second best was INR 3.2 Crore for BGIS 2025.

Initially, the BMPS 2025 prize pool was set for INR 2 Crore in the BGMI Esports H1 roadmap. However, Krafton introduced “Discovery Island” in the BGMI, where players had the power to increase the prize pool of BMPS 2025 up to INR 4 Crore. The event is set to run from May 17 to July 1, 2025, but it has already reached INR 4 Crore on June 26, thanks to the gamers who played Classic Mode matches. There were six collective milestones where the community had a chance to boost the BMPS 2025 prize pool up to INR 4 Crore, and all six milestones have been completed.

The BMPS 2025 prize pool has increased from INR 2 Crore to INR 4 Crore after all six milestones in the BGMI Discovery Island event have been achieved. This is the biggest prize pool in the history of BGMI esports.

In Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2025, we saw a unique initiative take place from Krafton to boost the prize money of their tournaments. In BGIS 2025, they introduced the BGMI Esports crate, and all the revenue generated by the crate was added to the total prize pool of BGIS 2025 to increase it from INR 2 Crore to 3.2 Crore. Now, with this Discovery Island event, the prize pool of BMPS 2025 increased from INR 2 Crore to INR 4 Crore.

The BMPS 2025 Grand Finals are set to take place from 4 to 6 July at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi, where the top 16 teams from the league stage will compete for the prestigious trophy and INR 4 Crore prize pool.
