England’ s Test team is currently in Pakistan for a two-match series. The England Test team has travelled to Pakistan for a Test series for the first time in 17 years. But there was uncertainty around the start of the first Test as several reports claimed that many England players have fallen ill. Captain Ben Stokes was also among the players to have fallen sick. The reason cited was possible food poisoning.

However, the team practiced on Wednesday morning. Former captain Joe Root was also out on the ground. While Root usually flatters everyone with his audacious shots, the England batter this time left everyone in awe of his kindness. Root was seen feeding a kitten at the Pindi Cricket Ground during the practice session.

A user shared the video lauding the cricketer for his kindness. “Always thinking of others. @root66 feeding one of the Pindi Cricket Ground’s kittens this morning at practice,” wrote the user while sharing the video.

Users also reacted to this viral video. While most were bowled by this flattering gesture from Root, a few took a dig at Pakistan saying Root was checking if the food was fit for consumption.
