The 31-year-old was bought by Giants at the Player Auction for INR 60 Lakh after she was registered for a base price of INR 50 Lakh. The Gujarat-based franchise has named Australian cricketer Kim Garth as her replacement for the tournament.

Notably, Garth went unsold at the auctions in February 2023. She was with her national squad at the Women’s T20 World Cup, which the defending champion won for the third consecutive year. Garth, originally from Ireland, fulfilled all her formalities before recently shifting to Australia.
