Jayson Tatum is undoubtedly one of the most popular figures in the NBA fraternity. However, the Boston Celtics forward’s popularity has been taken over by his five-year-old son in the past few years. Tatum’s little toddler has been known for running around on the court during his father’s warm-up sessions. As Tatum keeps talking about his son’s other shenanigans, he recently talked about how ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse’ has an effect on the five-year-old.

Jayson is undoubtedly one of the most looked up to figure when it comes to the NBA circle. Apart from the million fans that the 25-year-old star has got across the world, he is an idol for his son also. However, Tatum isn’t the only one Deuce looks up to as there is someone else that the five-year-old aspires to be, and that is none other than the famous comic star Spiderman.

Deuce is said to have been inspired by the $100,000,000 movie, ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse’. Taking it to Twitter, Tatum said, "New spider man movie so good deuce told me 'Daddy I think I changed my mind I might want to be spider man when I grow up… but I still want to be you' Good save son, good save!”

Tatum entered the 2017 NBA Draft as the top ranked forward, and merely at the age of 19, he was drafted third overall to the Boston Celtics. Earlier he opened up about how he reacted when he got to know that he and his girlfriend are expecting a baby. He said, “I got sick to my stomach. This was a week or 2 before school was ending. So in my mind, I was like, ‘You’re about to leave Duke, get ready for the Draft, live my life.’ And then it’s like, no, you’re about to have a kid. I was selfish at first. I was more worried about being drafted than I was about being a dad.”
