The highly-anticipated mixed martial arts "cage fight" between two tech billionaires, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg has been the talk of the town since June this year. Recently, X, formerly known as Twitter, owner Elon Musk announced the fight against his tech-rival Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be live-streamed on his social media platform.
Elon Musk took to X on Sunday and wrote, " Zuck v Musk fight will be live-streamed on đť•Ź." The SpaceX owner also mentioned that the revenue generated from the stream will go to charity, he added, " All proceeds will go to charity for veterans."
Musk also tweeted about his preparation for the fight as the 52-year-old revealed he has been lifting weights, and amid his busy schedule, the Tesla owner transformed his office into a training ground. He wrote, " Am lifting weights throughout the day, preparing for the fight. Don’t have time to work out, so I just bring them to work."
A user queried Musk about the point behind this fight and asked whether it is the source of his motivation to work out. Musk responded, " It’s a civilized form of war. Men love war. " The date for the fight is not yet announced, however, UFC President Dana White confirmed that he has had conversations with both moguls about setting it up.
