Football Plus academy announced the official ticket launch for the much-awaited game between Brazil Legends versus India All Stars, which will be held in Chennai’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on March 30. The announcement brought cheers to the faces of Indian football fans as the academy also revealed that 2002 FIFA World Cup winners will feature in the Brazil Legends’ squad. Legendary names such as Ronaldinho, Cafu, Rivaldo, and Dunga will be seen together again for the contest. India All Stars side will be spearheaded by coach Prasanta Banerjee, who has won trophies for illustrious clubs such as East Bengal and Mohun Bagan.
Brazil Legends will include stars such as Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Cafu, Gilberto Silva, Edmilson, Kleberson, Ricardo Oliveira, Cacapa, Camanducaia, Elivelton, Paulo Sergio, Jorginho, Heurelho Gomes, Diego Gil, Viola, Amaral, Lucio, Junior, Alex Ferro, Giovanni, and Marcelo. On the other hand, India All-Stars will receive the services of Mehtab Hossain, Alvito D'Cunha, Mehrajuddin Wadoo, Shanmugam Venkatesh, Subhasish Roy Chowdhury, Syed Rahim Nabi, Arnab Mondal, Mahesh Gawli, and more.
