RJ Mahvash has reacted to Punjab Kings’ (PBKS) spinner Yuzvendra Chahal’s hat-trick against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 game played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Batting first, CSK recovered from their horrendous start with the assistance of Sam Curran’s spunky 88 off 47. In the final overs of the innings, CSK captain MS Dhoni and Deepak Hooda were looking to accumulate quick runs to help their side cross the 200-run mark. However, Chahal stood in their way of achieving the total and got rid of Dhoni on the second delivery of the penultimate over.
After hunting Dhoni, the spin wizard showcased his brilliance and dismissed Hooda, Anshul Kamboj, and Noor Ahmad on three consecutive deliveries. Following Chahal’s incredible hat-trick achievement, Mahavash took to Instagram and posted a story on the 34-year-old. Taking to her Instagram handle, she wrote, “GOD MODE ON KYAAAA??? @yuzi_chahal23 strength of a warrior sir.” In the last few months, Mahavash has been spotted with the PBKS spinner several times. Both famous personalities were first seen together during the Champions Trophy 2025 final played between India and New Zealand at the Dubai International Stadium on March 9.
PBKS start the chase against CSK ferociously in IPL 2025
Punjab have kicked off their chase magnificently with the help of their openers Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh. Both PBKS openers hoarded 44 runs for the opening wicket in just 28 balls and gave a flying start to their team. Arya departed after scoring 23 off 15 but Prabhsimran is standing in the middle.
Khaleel Ahmed picked up Arya and delivered the first breakthrough to CSK. As of writing, PBKS are 88/1 in 10 overs, with Impact Player Prabhsimran (unbeaten 40 off 27) and captain Shreyas Iyer (unbeaten 23 off 18) at the crease.
