With the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 nearing its half-stage mark, the Multan Sultans franchise have been handed a massive boost as they have added Ireland all-rounder Curtis Campher to their squad. The Ireland international has replaced West Indies cricketer Gudakesh Motie, who had to leave mid-way due to some commitments.
The franchise, who are reeling at the bottom most spot in the PSL standings, were forced to announce a replacement after Motie moved away from the squad and returned to Guyana for domestic commitments. The announcement from the team came on Monday, April 21 with the caption reading,”New name on the roster! Welcome to the Sultans squad, Curtis Campher!”
Campher has played seven Tests, 43 ODIs and 81 T20Is for Ireland. He has scored 924 runs in 81 T20Is along with taking 31 wickets. Whereas, considering his T20 appearances, which have been 96, Curtis Campher has accumulated 1,433 runs and claimed 67 wickets.
