The Thursday evening game between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals was a good contest between bat and ball. Gujarat posted a mammoth 192 on the board whole batting first. Rajasthan also got off to a flying start as Jos Buttler scored some quick runs. But the game was completely owned by one man- Hardik Pandya.

The Gujarat Titans skipper did everything possible on the field on Thursday. He scored runs, led his team to their fourth victory in five games, effected runouts, took wickets, and whatnot. Every Indian cricket team fan was delighted to witness the Pandya of old. However, a concern came Pandya's and ICT fans' way as the all-rounder could not complete his over and had to leave the field midway.

Hardik Pandya came to bowl the 18th over which was also his third on the day. He also took a wicket in that over as he dismissed Rajasthan's last hope Jimmy Neesham on the second ball. However, he looked in trouble in his runup for the fourth delivery and left the field. Vijay Shankar completed the over for Hardik. It looked like Pandya was struggling with his groin.
