The right-handed batsman came out to bat to a standing ovation at IS Bindra Stadium on Friday. Kohli looked completely settled in the middle but something strange happened when he was at the score of 45. A delivery from Lasith Embuldeniya turned sharply as it went on to hit Kohli's off stump, ending his innings much to everyone's disappoint.

While no one, even India's captain Rohit Sharma, could believe what had happened, it turns out that one of the users on Twitter had already seen the future. As soon as Kohli got out, a post from the account of Twitter username Quick_Single got viral where everything that happened in Mohali was stated clearly, with most of it coming true.
"Kohli Won't score a 100 in his 100th test. Will score 45 (100) with 4 gorgeous cover drives and then Embuldeniya will knock his stumps over and he'll pretend to be shocked ?? and will nod his head in disappointment," the tweet stated.
Although Kohli played 76 deliveries instead of 100 and he scored 5 boundaries in total (which did not feature 4 cover drives), the other things mentioned in the tweet were on spot. Yes, Kohli got out on 45. Yes, Embuldeniya knocked his stumps over. Yes, Kohli was shocked.
Fans were left in shock as they reacted to the tweet of fans after Kohli's dismissal. While some people started to ask for various predictions like when will Barca win UCL, others requested for suggestions of which stocks to buy.
Even the user, who had made the prediction, was shocked that things happened more or less very similar to the things mentioned in the post.
