In the latest video posted on the “UR Cristiano” YouTube channel, the Portuguese footballing superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo had no hesitation in calling his French counterpart Kylian Mbappe a beast. The 39-year-old, who joined the YouTube platform last summer to showcase the behind the scenes of his life and his point of view on various topics, also discussed many different things in the recent video, including his scoring prowess, impending retirement, and his plans for the future, among others.
For the unversed, Cristiano Ronaldo launched his YouTube channel “UR Cristiano” on August 21, 2024, and since then, it has fast risen to be one of the most subscribed new channels on the platform. The channel got its one million subscribers within just one and a half hours before reaching the 10 million mark in just 12 hours, and now it boasts 73.4 million subscribers with 90 videos uploaded.
Kylian Mbappe is FIFA World Cup winner unlike Cristiano Ronaldo
“I believe he is a beast,” said Cristiano Ronaldo about Kylian Mbappe, when his point of view was asked in regard to the French footballing superstar. Ronaldo, the winner of a lot of trophies in his illustrious career for Portugal and various clubs over the years, was all praises of his counterpart, who is 13 years younger to him apart from holding the coveted FIFA World Cup, which is something he hasn’t done yet.
Cristiano Ronaldo is widely considered as one of the greatest footballers of all-time, and his rivalry with Argentina footballing superstar Lionel Messi has carried the sport for the better part of the last two decades. With that, for Ronaldo to sing such high praises of a youngster like Mbappe, tells us a lot about his ever welcoming mindset of recognising the best in the footballing world and giving them their props.
