In last few days, there is one controversy that has got the Indian cricket by storm - Wriddhiman Saha vs 'Respected' journalist. With the wicketkeeper batsman facing an axe from national side, he went on to make a shocking revelation of how he was being threatened by one of the famous journalists of the country. He shared the screenshots of the conversation, however, he did not reveal the name of person who had sent those messages to him.

BCCI formed a 3-member committee to investigate

As the matter got viral on internet, it came to BCCI's notice who reportedly requested Saha to disclose the name of journalist to them. However, the 37-year-old released a statement where he explained that he was unwilling to reveal the name.

"My nature isnt such that I will harm anyone to the extent of ending someone’s career. So on grounds of humanity looking at his/her family, I am not exposing the name for the time being. But if any such repetition happens, I will not hold back," tweeted Saha on Feb 22.

However, the case was not yet dismissed. BCCI confirmed that they have formed a 3-member committee, comprising of BCCI Vice-President Mr. Rajiv Shukla, BCCI Treasurer Mr. Arun Singh Dhumal and BCCI Apex Council Member Mr. Prabhtej Singh Bhatia, to look into the whole saga.

I didn't hide anything: Wriddhiman Saha

Talking about his act of publicly revealing the personal conversation with head coach Rahul Dravid and BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, Saha said that he can't say anything about it right now. "I cannot say anything on this matter.
