“He (Steve Smith) has almost been playing with Virat Kohli’s bat for some time now. And he told me that he was waiting for Virat Kohli to send another bat for the Ashes which just happened. That’s the kind of relationship and friendship some of the greats share and it’s so good to know,” the 38-year-old added.
