India have defeated Afghanistan by 101 runs in their final match of Asia Cup 2022 and more importantly Virat Kohli has achieved the feat of smashing 71 centuries in international cricket. Surprisingly Rohit Sharma rested himself and KL Rahul lead India in T20Is for the first time. 

Initially, Afghanistan winning the toss invited India to bat first and they posted a big total of 212/2 with the help of Kohli's sensational 122 runs and KL Rahul's 62. Initially, Kohli and KL Rahul's 119-run opening partnership set the stage for them completely and Afghans didn't get any opportunity to apply breaks on Indian batters. 

Afghanistan have been restricted to a below par total of 111/8 as Bhuvneshwar Kumar was breathing fire with the ball and ended up with bowling figures of 5/4 finally. Virat Kohli's maiden T20I century literally killed the momentum of tired Afghan players and became the talking point of cricketing world today.
