India and England will meet at the Adelaide Oval on 10th November to decide who goes to Melbourne and who goes back home. It is expected to be a thrilling contest with two champion teams pitted against each other. Although India have had a better league stage, England have gained momentum at the right time. Their captain Jos Buttler is back among the runs and so is Ben Stokes. England will miss Dawid Malan but they have the resources to win it against India. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma’s team will try to end the long wait for the title. India has the desired momentum and thus will back themselves to take down England.
There have been so many good performances from both camps so far in the tournament. But there are more consistent performers in the Indian camp than in England. Nevertheless, picking players from both teams would ensure better chances of winning. From the Indian batting department, the two names that have been consistent throughout are Suryakumar Yadav and Virat Kohli. These two batters have piled up runs in almost every game, so become must-picks. KL Rahul can be picked considering he is back among the runs. Meanwhile, from England’s camp, Jos Buttler and Alex Hales have been among the runs.
In the bowling and all-rounder department, India have got Hardik Pandya, R Ashwin, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Arshdeep Singh, and Mohammed Shami. From England, Sam Curran, Ben Stokes, and Mark Wood can be picked. Liam Livingstone will also be an option to consider for his ability to hit sixes at will.
