A calm and collected thinking cricketer whose career and achievements still deserve greater metion than they get, Bedi took from 22 Test matches against England, 85 Test wickets. He bowled 1195 overs against the English. Talk about volume of cricket against one particular opponent.
Kapil Dev
A real hero of the game. The victor of the first-ever World Cup that India achieved and laid hands around had the hallmark signature of a great icon of the sport: Mr. Kapil Dev himself. But against the English, Kapil Dev, simply lifted his game, taking 85 wickets from just 27 games. His best performance was the 6 for 91 back in the day.
