The Indian Premier League (IPL) is coming back. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed in its Special General Meeting (SGM) that the remaining fixtures will happen in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Ever since then, the celebration has begun. Not only the fans but even the IPL franchises are now joining the fun. And Rajasthan Royals, known for its social media game, could not have missed out an opportunity to join the banter. The team dug out an old Jofra Archer "prophecy" to celebrate the T20 tournament's return to UAE.

Rajasthan Royals re-tweeted Archer's post from April 26, 2015 which read "Have to go to dubai." RR added a hilarious caption while sharing it again and wrote "You know it, Jof."

Archer currently recovering after elbow surgery

The England speedster, Archer, who missed out on the initial half of IPL due to an injury, underwent elbow surgery for the same and is currently recovering. Consequently, he is not part of England's squad for the New Zealand Tests and might also pull out of the 5 Test matches against India. However, with the IPL expected to return in the September-October window, fans will hope that the 26-year-old is able to recover in time for the rescheduled tournament. Earlier, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had clearly mentioned that their priority is to see Archer fit for the T20 World Cup and the Ashes set to happen later in the year.
