New Zealand have named a 20-member squad for their Test tour of England, including the World Test Championship final against India. Rachin Ravindra, Jacob Duffy and Devon Conway have received maiden Test call-ups.

Doug Bracewell, who played his last Test in 2016, has also been included in the squad. However, fast bowler Lockie Ferguson was not considered as the selectors want to protect him for the T20 World Cup.

The squad will be cut down to 15 for the WTC final, which is scheduled to take place in June following the two matches against England.

Colin de Grandhomme has been included in the 20-man squad but he will need to pass a fitness Test at a pre-tour camp in May.

Notably, four members of the squad - Kane Williamson, Kyle Jamieson, Trent Boult and Mitchell Santner - are at the IPL and their availability for the England Tests will depend on the performance of their respective franchise. Qualifying for the IPL playoffs may force the players to miss the opening Test of the England series.

New Zealand squad:

Kane Williamson (capt), Tom Blundell, Trent Boult, Doug Bracewell, Devon Conway, Colin de Grandhomme, Jacob Duffy, Matt Henry, Kyle Jamieson, Tom Latham, Daryl Mitchell, Henry Nicholls, Ajaz Patel, Rachin Ravindra, Mitchell Santner, Tim Southee, Ross Taylor, Neil Wagner, BJ Watling (wk), Will Young.
