The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 has finally reached the penultimate stage and on Tuesday, June 3, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. However, the Bengaluru-based franchise is coming after an eight-wicket win over Punjab Kings, the latter would want to go up in the head-to-head stats with a win tonight.
Just hours prior to the IPL 2025 final, there have been some large bets being placed across several platforms. After Canadian rapper, Drake, who is known for some blockbuster songs like God’s Plan, In My Feelings, One Dance and others has backed RCB to lift the title, placing a bet worth INR 6.4 Crore ($750K), he has been joined by a popular Punjabi and Bollywood singer, Karan Aujla.

The singer, who hails from Ludhiana, Panjab, has placed a bet on a popular betting platform Stake, backing the Shreyas Iyer-led PBKS to lift their maiden IPL title, beating RCB. The confirmation came after the man himself took to his Instagram handle and shared an image of his placed bet, writing, “Lets go Punjab”.
Speaking of the two franchises, while the Rajat Patidar-led RCB are coming win the win over PBKS in Qualifier 1 in Mullanpur, the Punjab Kings are coming after a five-wicket win over Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. However, it will be exciting to see a new winner later tonight, they share a good rivalry, having won 18 games each out of the total 36 matches played between them in IPL.
