The International Cricket Council (ICC) chairman, Jay Shah, has posted an Instagram story for Indian armed forces amidst the ongoing conflict between neighbours India and Pakistan. Shah’s story has come at a time when both South Asian nations are engaged militarily against each other. The ICC head’s heartfelt message goes above cricket. Before Shah, star Team India players Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Suryakumar Yadav also dedicated their X posts to Indian armed forces. Virat Kohli also posted an Instagram story and expressed gratitude to soldiers for securing the citizens of the country.
In an eye-grabbing message to the public, Shah took to his Instagram handle and wrote, "Our Armed Forces Are Our Pride, and No Words Are Enough to Express Their Valour and Commitment in Protecting Our Motherland and People. We Salute Our Brave Men and Women in the Armed Forces Who Are Shielding Our Nation From Terrorism. Let Us Unite to Honour Our Heroes and Build a Stronger, More United India."
