The prominent SmackDown superstar spoke about how the tattoo was a wedding gift from Tommy End aka Aleister Black for the couple, who brought over his tattoo artist from Amsterdam.

In 2017, Bianca Belair and Montez Ford got engaged, and a year later, they became a married couple. During the latest video on the WWE Tattooed series, Montez Ford talked about how the tattoo of his wife on his body came to be, thanking Tommy End for the wedding gift.
Montez Ford was quoted as saying in the video, “This is actually someone you all know, my beautiful wife, Bianca Belair. This was actually a gift given to me, the actual tattoo itself. Tommy End is formerly known as Aleister Black here in the WWE. As a wedding gift for my wife and I, he had his tattoo artist from Amsterdam come all the way down and give a gift as a tattoo for us. And she got a tattoo of something to me on her, and I decided to get her face on my forearm."
