Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second baby boy on Sunday morning. Kareena was admitted to the Bridge Candy hospital on Saturday evening. In August last year, the celebrity couple had announced in a joint statement that they are expecting a second baby. 'Saifeena', as they are termed by the fans and media, turned parents for the first time in 2016 with the birth of their son Taimur Ali Khan.
New heir to Tiger Pataudi's reign

With Saif and Kareena becoming parents, there has been a new successor to the prince and former Indian cricket captain Tiger Pataudi's reign. Mansur Ali Khan or Tiger, regarded by many as one of the greatest captains of India, is no longer with us but became a grandfather yet again. From his son Saif, the newborn on Sunday is his fourth grandchild- with Ibrahim Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan being the other three. Meanwhile, Tiger's daughter Soha Ali Khan is also a mother to a daughter Inaya, while his other daughter Saba Ali Khan has preferred to stay away from public life.
Will we see the prince's legacy being continued on the sporting field?
While Saif and Soha opted to follow the footsteps of their mother Sharmila, it remains to be seen whether anyone of their children would want to make a name in the sporting arena. Although Sara has already made her acting debut, there is a lot of time for Taimur and Inaya to decide what profession they would like to venture into. However, there is hardly any doubt that somebody who took over the reins of the Indian team at the age of 21, months after being involved in a car accident that would impair the sight in his right eye forever, and go on to become a great skipper- their later grandfather- would be one of their role models closer to home.
