Bangladesh have defeated New Zealand in their own backyard with the help of excellent contribution from batters like Mahmudul Hasan Joy, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mominul Haque and Liton in the 1st innings, and a fantastic spell from Ebadot Hossain against New Zealand in their 2nd innings has ensured Bangla Tigers defeated Kiwi's comfortably by 8 wickets. Initially, Bangladesh won the toss and opted to field first and New Zealanders posted a challenging total of 328 runs with the help of Devon Conway's sensational century. However, Bangladesh in response took a 130 runs-lead and put New Zealanders under pressure. In the 4th innings, Bangladesh just needed 40 runs to seal this game and they did it in style.
