The Hammers defeated Italian side Fiorentina 2-1 thanks to a last-minute winner by English winger Jarred Bowen.
With this victory, West Ham ended its 43-year trophy draught and overtook Arsenal in terms of European Trophies won after Cup Winners' Cup and Intertoto Cup glory. She also went on to call Arsenal the smaller club in London, ranking the Gunners fourth behind West Ham, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
