Much to the surprise of the gaming community, the Beta version of BGMI has been released today. While registrations for the Beta version are already full, players have the option of downloading the APK via external sources (at their own risk) to access the Beta version.

Check out the BGMI Beta APK Download Link followed by a step-by-step installation guide right in this article.

It should be noted that once the APK is installed, the name of the OBB file must be changed to “main.15255.com.pubg.imobile” and then, paste the OBB to Android/OBB/.com.pubg.imbole before starting the game.

The users are then advised to download and install the game as well as all the essential in-game files (including OBB) and resources will be downloaded automatically after starting the game.

Furthermore, users are recommended not to download BGMI from third-party platforms as this may lead to a temporary ban of one’s PUBG account.

Step 1: Install the “Tap Tap” app and open the link and then access the BGMI Download Page.

Step 2: The next step is to download the game (702 MB) and enable “Install from Unknown Sources” option if asked.

Step 3: Open the game, allow the permissions and select the preferred “Resource Pack (HD/Non-HD)”

Step 4: Post successful download of all the files, the user will be asked to restart the game and the request should be complied with.

Step 5: The next step is to open the game and log in using Facebook, Twitter or the other Platforms available.

Step 6: Players will then be asked to create a new account and only then can they move ahead to the main lobby.

Step 7: Post that, the user will be asked to transfer the old data from the previous account. Then the gamer can login to the old account using Facebook or other options and allow the transfer. It is then that the old achievements and inventory will start to reflect in the new version.
