WWE wrestler Randy Orton who is also known as the Viper is set to feature in an upcoming smackdown event happening in Madrid, Spain on March 14. This is the first time that a smackdown event is going to be hosted in Spain and the presence of Randy Orton will surely boost the excitement for the event. Randy Orton has been out of action since November 2024 when he was attacked by former Universal Champion Kevin Owens. Orton had to be taken off the scene on a stretcher and was out of action for the following few months.
The Viper made an unexpected appearance in the Eliminator Chamber event that took place on Saturday 1st March at Toronto. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were locked against each other in an unsanctioned match when Orton interrupted the scene. He gave an RKO, his signature move to Kewin Owens who was knocked out after that. Orton even attempted a punt kick on Owens before the security intervened and stopped the action.
Randy Orton to get his revenge in Wrestlemania?
With Randy Orton’s official return being marked with the smackdown event in Spain, fans are now speculating that he will feature in the upcoming Wrestlemania. The 41st edition of the Wrestlemania is set to be held in Las Vegas on 19th and 20th April. A lot of people are predicting a fight between Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to settle the ongoing feud between the two.
The Eliminator Chamber event in which Randy Orton interrupted and attacked Kevin Owens was won by John Cena. Bianca Belair won the 2025 Women’s Elimination chamber match.
