RCB fast-bowling unit razed Punjab’s batting attack
From the start of Qualifier 1, RCB succeeded in building pressure on Punjab as the former’s pacers displayed a merciless approach against the latter’s batters. Yash Dayal can be called the unsung hero of the victory as the speedster delivered the superb start to the team by handing the first blow to PBKS in the form of their young opener Priyansh Arya.
After picking up Arya, he also outclassed Nehal Wadhera in the seventh over of the match. Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s performance should also be talked about as he ended the innings of Prabhsimran Singh, who was playing at the strike rate of 200.00 before the dismissal. Dayal concluded his four-over spell with 2/26 figures while Bhuvneshwar clinched 1/17 figures after bowling two overs.
