Replacing League+, Riot Games released its ‘Riot Mobile’ app last year. It is a companion application for League of Legends, Valorant, Team Fight Tactics, Wild Rift, and Legends of Runeterra. The group has introduced a new feature, which will allow the user to tune into the streams of their favorite content creators on the app.

How new streaming feature works in Riot Mobile?

The new feature will now have streamers, who are selected from the League of Legends Partner Program. The rest of them will be automatically selected from the directory. The capability supports Twitch streams, while AfreecaTV is expected to be added.

Here is the list of other latest updates:

Copy & Paste Gamename & Tagline from Profile to make it easier to share with friends

Updated message thread color scheme to improve accessibility

Added a new section to make it easier to add/accept friends

Improved chat performance, such as reducing push notification delays and lagging messages

In a fully refurbished Esports section, the users now have the facility to watch the tournaments within the app. Moreover the match schedule and recap of the matches will also be available. Also, the players will earn rewards for watching the events.

Riot Games are tying to add new features into the game, and the news feed is likely to be updated in the next iteration. The players also help to curate the content, and if a player has not taken an interest in Riot Games titles, it will not be presented to him.
