The upcoming season will commence on August 19/20, and Bologna will meet AC Milan in the season opener. As the Champions League Final is scheduled on June 1, 2024, the last game of the season will be played on May 26 at Wembley Stadium. Though fans are excited about the upcoming games, one of the most anticipated clashes of the 2023 season has to be the Milan derby, which is slated on Matchday 4, on September 16/17.

According to the schedule announced by Lega Serie A, AC Milan will take on Torino on the second matchday, on August 26/27. The rivalry between both the teams goes by the name Derby della Madonnina or Derby di Milano.

The two halves of the schedule will be interrupted with an international break, and while the first half will end with Empoli taking over AC Milan, the other will begin as AC Milan locks horns with Roma on Matchday 20, on January 13/14.
