In a major breaking news, Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood superstar, has been admitted to the KD Hospital in Ahmedabad after falling ill. The sudden hospitalisation of Shah Rukh Khan happened due to a heat stroke after he had watched his team Kolkata Knight Riders defeat Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium in the IPL 2024 Qualifier 1.
The weather in the city of Ahmedabad was quite hot in the build-up to the big game in the IPL 2024 season, which reportedly ended up causing him to suffer from heatstroke as per the report from India TV. It led to his illness, and subsequently, he was admitted to the KD Hospital.

Notably, Shah Rukh Khan had brought his entourage, including his children Abram and Suhana, alongside Ananya and Shanaya, to watch Kolkata Knight Riders play against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. He was treated to a special performance from the KKR players, who got the better of SRH by eight wickets with 38 balls remaining in Qualifier 1 of the IPL 2024.
Moreover, Kolkata Knight Riders will be travelling to Chennai at the MA Chidambaram Stadium to play the final of the IPL 2024. They will be taking on either Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajasthan Royals, or Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Sunday’s showpiece.
