Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik and his wife the Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza often make headlines for many reasons but this time it is for some hilarious yet interesting reason. The Pakistani cricketer has got himself in some trouble after he said that he doesn’t love his wife. Sania Mirza was also quick to respond to this by saying it’s his loss.

The couple, in a video shared by Sania Mirza on her Instagram account, is seen enacting a Bollywood dialogue but with a little improvisation. Malik is heard saying "Mai Tumse Pyar nhi karta (I don’t love you)" to which Sania sings a song "Isme tera ghata, mera kuchh nhi jata (It’s your loss not mine)". Malik could not do much about it but scratch his head at his wife’s reaction.

Shoaib Malik reacts to Mohammad Hafeez’s retirement

Shoaib Malik and Mohammad Hafeez are the two names that have been featured in the Pakistan Cricket team list for a pretty long period. The duo has been in and out of the team and also shares a great mutual bond. It also reflected in Malik’s reaction at Mohammad Hafeez calling it a day in his cricketing career. Malik shared a tweet filled with love and respect for his teammate.

"All the best professor sahab, it has always been a pleasure to be on-field with you, will miss our partnerships... #ThankYouProfessor," Shoaib wrote.

Notably, Hafeez decided to announce retirement on Monday from international cricket, ending a journey that started in 2003. He had already retired from Test match cricket and had said that he would retire from limited-overs after the T20 World Cup 2020. But with the postponement of the tournament last year, his stint as an international cricketer also got extended.

The 41-year-old will however continue to play franchise-based T20 leagues and has signed up with Lahore Qalandars for the upcoming edition of the PSL. He is expected to make himself available for selection for several such tournaments around the globe.

The former Pakistan captain had a bitter-sweet experience in that role, leading the Men in Green to the semifinals of the T20 World Cup in 2012 but also becoming the first captain under whom the team failed to progress to the semis in 2014.
