The Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was making headlines after sharing a photo on Instagram with two black eyes after some intense jiu-jitsu training. Zuckerberg’s training has been receiving extra attention since he had a social media back-and-forth with Tesla co-founder Elon Musk, who called out the Facebook founder for a possible fight.

But Zuckerberg has been into jiu-jitsu since the Covid-19 pandemic. He has also talked about how martial arts gave him an energy boost. During an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) podcast, Zuckerberg described jiu-jitsu as a “perfect thing”. He also shared how martial arts can also help him resolve problems at work as well.

Talking about Mark Zuckerberg’s love for jiu-jitsu, the Facebook founder, on the Joe Rogan podcast, said, “MMA is the perfect thing. After an hour or two of working out, or rolling or wrestling with friends, or training with different folks, it’s like now I’m ready to go solve whatever problem at work for the day.”
