The Indian team celebrated another famous series victory as they defeated Zimbabwe in the final One Day International at the Harare Sports Club. The Men in Blue posted a massive 289 on the back of Shubman Gill’s maiden century. The Hosts made it difficult for India but the latter powered through to register a 13-run victory.

After the match, the Indian players had an extravagant celebration which was topped with a hilarious dance routine by the team. The video of this performance went viral on social media and garnered countless reactions. But the funniest comment on this clip was made by former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh as he told them to just stick with cricket. Singh posted, “Stick to cricket lads 😂.”

The comment was celebrated as it received 14,945 likes along with 116 comments. Similarly, West Indies cricket stalwart Brian Lara commented, “I remembered a similar group of guys dancing the night away a few weeks ago.”  dhawan-web-st

Talking about the game, India captain KL Rahul was proud of the team’s performance as they plotted some great plans through the fixture. He then talked about how their bowlers were put under pressure as Sikandar Raza scored a fighting 115 in 95 balls. Rahul then praised the player of the match and the series, Shubhman Gill by talking about his temperament and confidence.

While speaking in the post-match interview, KL Rahul said, “Feels good, we came here with good ideas. We wanted to be out in the middle and use this time. They have been very professional, and very happy with the result. They took the game deep, we would have liked to finish the game earlier. The bowers were tested and they held their nerves. Fielded about 120 overs, got some time out in the middle with the bat.”

“I am tired coming back after a couple of months. But this is what we all want to do, playing for India. (On Gill) He's been batting well since the IPL. Very pleasing to the eye. Not seen him over-confident. That requires composure, to show that kind of temperament is good,” Rahul further concluded.
